Isothermal bags for the transport of blood components<\/b><\/h2>\r\n \r\n \r\n
EMO 02 PP - EMO 03 PP - EMO 04 PP - EMO 06 PP<\/div>\r\n \r\n <\/div>\r\n [vc_column_text]Isothermal bags EMO 02PP, 03PP, 04PP and 06 PP are ideal for the long-distance transport of blood and blood components to and from donation centres, blood banks, hospitals, etc.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

They are composed of two elements:
\n– Expanded polypropylene box (inside)
\n– Expanded polyethylene bag (outside)<\/p>\n

These are highly isothermal materials which guarantee that the temperature stays stable for several hours.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Features<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The lid has a specific compartment<\/strong> to insert eutectic plates or temperature stabilizers<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • It is possible to insert a datalogger with RFID or Bluetooth technology<\/strong> to measure the temperature during transport<\/li>\n
  • External pocket<\/strong> for ID badges<\/li>\n
  • Handles and shoulder strap<\/strong> for easy handling<\/li>\n
  • Snap fasteners<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Several tests were carried out on the bags, simulating by means of a climate chamber different external temperatures ranging between -12\u00b0C and+40\u00b0C,<\/strong>\u00a0with the aim of evaluating the thermal insulation of the container and its ability to maintain the temperature inside stable within the ranges of +2\u00b0C \u2013 +8\u00b0C and +20 \u00b0C \u2013 +24\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

    In all the conditions simulated, the bags were able to keep the temperature at a stable level for a period of time between 14 and 17 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n
